Four pieces: (1) diety statue; (2) halo; (3) pedestal, and (4) zushi (tabernacle). Halo and pedestal peg together snugly.
Sho-Kannon (the "pure and sacred" form of Kannon) holding a lotus bud in the left hand and forming an inverted "Fear Not" Mudra with the right; see Kannon Top page for more on iconography.
