- Four pieces: (1) halo (2) lion pedestal (3) deity's effigy and (4) sword
- Monju sitting atop a roaring lion, which symbolizes the powerful voice of Buddhist Law and the power of Buddhism to overcome all obstacles; in right hand holds sword of wisdom to cut through ignorance and dispel the darkness of the deluded mind; in left holds the Sutra of Wisdom outlining the virtues one must practice to attain enlightenment

No significance should be assigned to this positioning.
